Founder’s Story

Sammy Rabstein, M.S. is a strategic communications and oratory practice expert with a background in persuasive public speaking, speech writing and interpersonal communications.

After a decade long battle with debilitating generalized anxiety disorder Sammy joined her High School debate team to try and conquer her fear of participating in class. Going on to become an award-winning speaker and later crafting a career in corporate internal communications with a focus on executive thought leadership. She has worked with dozens of Fortune 500 brands such as Mastercard, Paramount Pictures, American Eagle Outfitters & e.l.f. Cosmetics. For the last 14-years, in addition to a career in corporate America, Sammy has taught debate for under-resourced students in the greater Los Angeles area.

Her mission: help people of all kinds to quell their fear, find their voice and share their gifts.

Sammy’s coaching approach to public speech and interpersonal communications combines science with emotional intelligence training for a stronger “mind-to-mouth” connection helping countless clients to ensure they don’t miss out on their most defining moments in work and life.
